Dr. Takenao Shinohara is a principal researcher at the J-PARC Center of JAEA. He is responsible for the pulsed neutron imaging instrument “RADEN” in the MLF at J-PARC. He has undertaken the development of energy-resolved neutron imaging techniques using a short-pulsed neutron beam. In particular, he focused on the development of a magnetic field imaging technique by means of the neutron polarization analysis.
