Early-bird registration:

The deadline for early-bird registration is on 30th of September, 2023 (inclusive). To enjoy the early-bird pricing, the registrants have to complete their registration with their payments transferred by this date (please consider the time delay for the bank transfer process).

Student Registration Rates:

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognized tertiary or secondary educational institution or an international student card. Students must be currently enrolled in part or full-time studies to qualify for the discounted rate. Students may be asked to provide proof of student status during the registration process.

Retiree Registration Rates :

Discounted registration is available to retirees. A retiree is defined as a person over 65 years old and not "regularly" employed.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION:

On-site registration is available on December 2nd and 3rd, 2023.
