Payment is expected within 15 days after online registration. The registration fee can be paid online through PayPal, by bank transfer, or in-person during registration at the conference. Unfortunately, for technique reason, it is NOT possible to use credit card (Visa, Mastercard...) for international payment of the registration fee.

You can pay with cash or credit card on-site from December 2-December 3, 2023. Please note that for cash we only accept Chinese RMB.

Receipt (for International Participants)

The staff will send you the receipt after receiving your request and confirming your payment has been transferred. This receipt will include your affiliation, address, name, registration number, conference date, registration category and the amount you have paid for it. If you need us to list other information, please include it in your request email. If you have any problem with the receipt, please send your registration reference number and full name to the conference secretariat (registration-aocns2023@ihep.ac.cn).

Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat (registration-aocns2023@ihep.ac.cn). Refunds will be processed with a bank transfer made to the payee’s bank account. Please note that administration fee will be deducted from the refunds.

Cancellations before 1st of November 2023: 90% of the registration fee will be refunded .

Cancellations after 1st of November 2023: NO registration fee will be refunded.

For early-bird registrant, if an abstract was submitted but not accepted, you can request for a full refund by contacting the conference secretariat. Otherwise, the refunds follow the regular cancellation policy.
